The Council of European Union have just released a proposal for a Council Framework Decision on combating racism and xenophobia, the proposal is dated 17/04/07

It starts off with this classic statement which screams out wrong wrong wrong!!

Whereas:

1) Racism and xenophobia are direct violations of the principles of liberty, democracy, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms and the rule of law, principles upon which the European Union is founded and which are common to the Member States.

It then goes through more self-seeking legal speak to justify the above based on numerous council meetings and other such closed session work all rubber stamped by that bastion of democracy the European Parliment and of course major efforts by the representatives of the people known as the Commission, what a laugh.

We could go into a long discussion about xenophobia and the stupidity of making a fear of something a crime, frankly its ridiculous that a person like me who knows that Islam is a violent and wicked faith can be accused of xenophobia and subject to the full weight of the law.

I could stand up in court, detail the Quran and the hadiths, explain in mind numbing detail what it means and why it is not an irrational fear and contempt of foreigners, yet I would still be found guilty.   So much for liberty and fundamental freedoms.

The question for me is simple, can I legally oppose the womb based takeover of the West by Islam, by informing people of this threat to fundamental freedoms and liberty from the ideology called Islam?

The best I can say about this is that it is clearly aimed at Islamic fanatics, but in attacking them in this way it has basically removed what I can only describe as fundamental freedoms from the rest of us, the same as being searched at airports, inablity to take gifts in liquid form to friends, need I go on.

What does it take for these people to understand, people do not feel any respect to Islam once they understand what it really is, they see it as a hate filled ideology of war that is often in direct confrontation with our own European constitutions, we have total rejection of it, but for some inane reason we have to treat it with some sort of respect when it deserves nothing of the sort.

Lets get back to some wordsmithery and the core of this EU catastrophe:

1. Each Member State shall take the measure necessary to insure that the following intentional conduct is punishable:

a) publicaly inciting to violence or hatred directed against a group of persons or a member of such a group defineed by reference to race, colour, religion, descent, ort national or ethnic origin.

b) the commission of an act referred to in point a) by public dissemination or distribution of tracts, pictures or other material.

up to d), but I won't detail them, though they are relevant.

Note that:

(5c) "Religion" broadly refers to persons defined by reference to their religious convictions or beliefs.

(5d) "Hatred" referes to hatred based on race, colour, religion, descent, or national or ethnic origin.

I noted that someone had added the following caveat to 1), "Member States may chose to punish only conduct which is eather carried out in a manner likely to disturb public order or which is threatening, abusive or insulting."

I wonder which country did that?

Note this little gem:

1b.  for the purpose of paragraph 1, the reference to religion is intended to cover, at least, conduct which is a pretext for directing acts against a group of persons or a member of such a group defined by reference to race, colour, descent, or national, or ethnic origin.

However they do give allowences to the press and other media (where rules relate to the determination or limitation of liability), which they might as well not bother with as our press is hardly going to tell the truth about Islam is it, infiltrated as it is by Islamists and Capaitalist hating revolutionaries. 

It does not even require a person who has been insulted to make the complaint, but can be picked up on by anyone who feels that a crime was committed, so George Soros and his Media Matters will have a jolly field day...

The punishments are truely dire, 1-3 years prison, large fines, and such things as exclusion from benefits and preventing people from running a business.

So in a nutshell where does this leave us, well it will stop any Tom Dick or Harry expressing their views on Islam, but this does allow the EU to go after Islamics.

My fear is that the Islamics will just use their oil funded muscle to legally fight while us the normal people will be subdued even further.    It will not allow us to question the womb based takeover, because in reality they already have a large bridgehead in Europe which requires Muslims to be either moved away from Islam or deported, that is the only way that we can stop Islam and until we go that rouet we are in trouble.

Thankfully the extremist Muslims will see this as spreading corruption on the Earth and will declare war, war is their forte and all the while the wombs will be producing our slow doom to that unhappy period when the Islamics will have the numbers to go for it.   Its really what you can assume as a race that has no winners.

So what am I trying to say after all this, well I can't do anything to stop this law, its put in place by the EU politburo and to be rubber stamped by national governments who will reply when challenged it was the EU chaps not us, where is the representation chaps?

I really don't know what to say, I hope that it will be used to deal with Islam, but I also fear that the Islamics will use this to stamp out any oposition to them by pointing to every European blog and saying HATE SPEACH 

So we just have to prove that having a fear of Islam is not xenophobia as it is entirely rational to be fearful of Islam, after all history and recent history shows that.    The best we can expect from living under Islam is to live in poverty and ignorance, the worst, well a fearsome death carried out with sadistic enjoyment by religious nutters who will try to make out they are holy in some perverted way.

Wouldn't it just be so much better to say that Islam is not an acceptable ideology and therefore anyone following this cult of war is not someone we want in a civlised country.   Hopefully many more of these people will bugger off to Dubai...
