NOW MUSLIMS GET THEIR OWN LAWS IN BRITAIN

MUSLIM radicals have established their own draconian court systems in Britain.

Controversial Sharia courts have been set up in major towns and cities to impose Islamic law and enable Muslims to shun the legitimate British legal system.

Last night religious leaders and politicians expressed outrage that Sharia law is gaining an increasing foothold in our society.

Sheikh Yaqub admitted that in­troducing Sharia law into the UK has been his goal since moving to Britain from Paki­stan in the 1960s.

But he insisted its main aim is to help repressed women who are trapped in bad or violent marriages and who dare not use British law.

He said: "Ever since I arrived here in the 1960s there has been a case of women being forced to get married, others forced to get married, but unhappy afterwards. Until now there was no organization which could Islamically solve their problems."


Philip Davies, the Tory MP for Shipley, said: "I am ab­solutely appalled and find the prospect of such courts totally terrifying. Places like this should be closed down or else everybody will want to establish their own courts.

"How many more places like this are there in the UK? Who knows where it could all end? It simply cannot be tolerated."

How many more places indeed, I shudder to think that our country that has over a thousand years of common law as a basis for its legal system and a Parliamentary system of law making since 1067 AD actually appears to tolerate a form of "law" that is barbaric in the extreme.

Sheikh Yaqub is clearly mis-informed when he speaks of a lack of solution within the law to solve marital problems, there are many solutions, they are not Islamic but that is not the point, the laws of this land exist to solve such problems and it is those laws that should be used. Should a person want a Sharia solution to their problems then they should return to Pakistan or Bangladesh or any other Islamic country and live there.

The British Government is most certainly complicit in the growth of Sharia law in the UK, is it not the Government who refused to outlaw forced marriages that involve abduction of young girls that often end in honour killings if the girl refuses the match?, that one act signaled to the Islamic community in the UK that Sharia law is OK here.

In addition to that, the fact that Polygamy is tolerated in the Islamic community by the UK and is funded by the DSS also sends the signal that Sharia is OK

Finance houses openly advertise Sharia Mortgages and now we have the Bank of England dealing in Sharia Bonds.

The final insult is the fact that these "courts" are attached to Madrassa, these madras are attached to Mosques, these Mosques are registered as charities thus they get grants from the Government and tax relief.

We are paying for this via our taxes, did anybody ask you if you wanted to fund Sharia law in the UK?
