New funding for training UK imams

More funding will allow imams to be trained in the UK

Tony Blair is to announce more government funding for training Muslim imams in UK universities to reduce reliance on imams from overseas.

There are concerns that imams from another country may not understand British society or speak good English.

The Prime Minister is meeting Muslim leaders at a major conference on Islam in London.

Higher education minister Bill Rammell said that ministers will now label Islamic studies a "strategic subject" because of its role "in preventing extremism".

He said: "Whilst we can't control the content of courses, we want a debate within higher education about how Islamic studies are developed, how they do ensure that we're not just looking at Islamic studies from a Middle Eastern perspective, but we actually look at the important role of Muslims where they are a minority faith within a multi-cultural society."

This Government is openly and actively promoting Islam and Muslims above the general population, this is now patently clear, Islam is being developed as a major influence in the UK.

The stupidity of the "Ministers" who are overseeing this "development of Islam" is so obvious it is truly embarrassing.

Why do I say stupidity? that is easy to answer, Muslims are utterly convinced that the Qu'ran is the literal word of Allah and cannot be changed at all, to do so is a crime against Islam and Allah punishable by death.

The training of Imams has no impact on the above statement because it matters not where the Imam is trained they all believe in the literal word of Allah, they could be trained in the North Pole it would not make a iota of difference.

The Minister overseeing this development has openly stated that " we cannot control the content of the courses" so the hatred and vitriol contained in the Qu'ran and Hadiths will still be taught to very willing students of this virus of a religion.

Islam is now a "strategic subject" because of its role in "preventing extremism", what a ludicrous statement Islam is extreme, all of its teachings are extreme. The only reason that the word strategic has been used is because the development of Islam in the UK is clearly a Government strategy.

There are to be more prayer rooms(the word "preyer" should be used as this religion overtly preys on others) and more Islamic campus associations, our Universities are being turned into Madrassa.

Needless to say it is the infidel who is paying for all of this via our taxes or maybe we should call them "Jizya" now.

IF any other religious group called for these changes in our Universities they would be told in no uncertain terms to get lost, of that I am convinced and it is to the detriment of this Government that, that is the case.

Our Government and its Ministers who are supposed to represent us, the people of this country, are kneeling before illiterate thugs called Imams who preach death and destruction to our country, they are Quislings one and all.

"Timothy Winter, lecturer in Islamic Studies at the University of Cambridge, said: “The question facing British society, and society as a whole, is not how we encourage minorities to engage with western countries, but how those countries define themselves as a collage of different religious cultures. We hope that this conference will enable those responsible for encouraging and building unity in communities to approach the task from that perspective."

This is balkanization of the UK,engagement and a meeting of minds is not on the agenda, the agenda is the surrender of  national territory to Islam, examples are Serbia and Kosovo  , in other words Islamic areas in the UK which are not governed by the laws of the UK

A Downing St spokesman said: “Our British Muslim communities make a significant positive and growing contribution to modern Britain. This conference will give authentic voices of Islam an opportunity to ensure their voices are heard in debates and discussions which too often are dominated by extremes.

We have had the "contribution debate many times and we know that as far as Islam goes it is a non starter.

As for their voices being heard well they are heard far too often especially in Government circles in which our quisling MP's cling to every syllable

“The Prime Minister has often emphasised that Islam, like all our major religions, plays a major role in making our society work. He wants to listen to those who have devoted their lives to promoting greater understanding of Islam, both in the UK and around the world.”

What planet is this man on, "making our society work", if he wants to listen to Islamic diatribes he can but he has no right whatsoever to force this  verbal diarrhoea upon the British public
