TOILETED QURAN RESULTS IN HATE CRIME CHARGES
How many of you remember the above photograph of a crucifix placed into a glass of urine, commonly known as the "Piss Christ", being touted as "art" by the elite sophisticates amongst us? Do you recall any angry mobs taking to the streets in protest? Or demands for the so-called esoteric artist, Andres Sorreno, to be charged with a hate crime against Christians and Christianity & be sent to jail? While the picture is controversial - no criminal charges or mass protests resulted.

Contrast that with what happened when the Dutch newspaper, Jyllands-Posten, printed CARTOONS with Mohammed - riots occurred worldwide, religious leaders expressed outrage, calls for an international boycott of Danish goods, death threats against the cartoonists were issued, even murders occurred. In fact most other newspapers & news programs seemed to run away from the whole "freedom of speech" concept and, around the world, the media refused to print or show the cartoons and vehemently denounced them.

Now look at the above picture. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A HATE CRIME TO YOU? Do you think it would be considered a hate crime if a Christian Bible were placed into a glass of urine........... or into a toilet? Of course not - some looney liberal multiculturalist "elite" professor would likely praise it as "freedom of speech". I did a quick internet search and could find no incident of the destruction of a Bible resulting in hate crime charges being filed.
So what has happened to the man who placed the Quran into the toilet at Pace University in New York, USA?
"NEW YORK (AP) _ A 23-year-old man was arrested Friday on hate-crime charges after he threw a Quran in a toilet at Pace University on two separate occasions, police said.
Stanislav Shmulevich of Brooklyn was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and aggravated harassment, both hate crimes, police said. It was unclear if he was a student at the school. A message left at the Shmulevich home was not immediately returned.
The Islamic holy book was found in a toilet at Pace's lower Manhattan campus by a teacher on Oct. 13. A student discovered another book in a toilet on Nov. 21, police said.
Muslim activists had called on Pace University to crack down on hate crimes after the incidents. As a result, the university said it would offer sensitivity training to its students.
......Treatment of the Quran is a sensitive issue for Muslims, who view the book as a sacred object and mistreating it as an offense against God. The religion teaches that the Quran is the direct word of God. "

Apparently the Quran is a sacred object but Christ on the Cross is not.
Now Mr. Shmulevich, who has no prior criminal history, is being charged with two felonies for his placing a paperback copy of the Koran into the toilet. Whilst not yet convicted he could spend some very serious time in jail.
Also interesting is that a teacher found the books and obviously reported the incidents. Granted this occurred in the USA but let us recall what recently happened, in the UK, when educators were asked to be aware of covert muslim extremist activities and recruitment on UK campuses and report students who may be in jeopardy of falling prey to these extremists.
"The Department for Education and Skills has warned university staff to log suspicious behaviour amid fears that campuses are being infiltrated by fanatics recruiting for so-called jihad. In a 20-page report published in December, ministers warned of "serious, but not widespread, Islamic extremist activity in higher education institutions". ...........So............................ The University and College Union, will ask its 120,000 members to refuse to take part in the Government-led "witch hunt"....It insists that Muslims are being "demonised" because of new guidance that asks staff to look out for students falling under the influence of radical preachers.

If one were to extrapolate and surmise that acadeamics, across the pond, are of similar propensities of the British acaedemics then you could say that it is alright to squeal on a student for placing a muslim book in a toilet but it is a "witch hunt" to alert authorities about Islamic extremist activities on campuses.
Why is it that our colleges and universities, around the world, fly the banner of free speech when it comes to Muslims yet remain mum or applaud when Christianity is insulted?

If so can we now include the USA into the grand picture?

Flushing a Koran down the toilet could be very dangerous. It produces drastic effects when it comes into contact with low-life vermin. Do we really want an intifada by millions of jihad-crazed sewer-rats emerging from their cesspools and desecrating our country by spreading disease, attacking children and breeding like muslims?

The Muslim immigrants have had ZERO problem "assimilating" the financial benefits of living in Western countries - but actual social and cultural assimilation..not so much.Some people are getting the right idea as to how the muslim recalcitrants should be treated:Officials in the Swiss city of Basel have fined five Muslim families for refusing to allow their daughters to attend compulsory swimming classes in school.
