Hah! He's on a loser. The law on rape has been amended, and it is now considered that a drunk woman is incapable of giving consent. Sex with her is automatically rape.
And as, according to his name, he is a Muslim, he can't even use the excuse that he too was drunk and so his own judgement was impaired. So no mitigation then. Gotcha!

Maybe I'm hitting a dark patch but I'm thinking we're fighting a losing battle here.
I'm following the SIOE online petition that is attracting signatures from all over Europe and further afield. After about 3 days there are 2,300+ names. Break it down between, say 10 countries...230 signatures from each..disappointing to my mind.
We have one chance to make a big noise globally but it seems to me that the support just isn't there.

"The instances of aggressive Muslim behavior which are recounted in different ways throughout the world depend more on the numbers of Muslims in proportion to the numbers of other members of true religions. The mindset of Muslims is to force that cult onto others. Their only restraint in doing so is when the numbers of those resistant exceed the numbers of Muslims.
In the West, Muslim insistence is magnified by dhimmified government bureaucracies and secular minded liberalised idealists who attempt to apply multicultural relativism. They only strengthen those pushing Islam and punish native populations who want to maintain relative equality without foreign customs and practices being forced upon them.
Why are people of the West willing to accept that relative equality with such a cult should be desirable? Even if those on the left (including neo-con globalists) who assist Islamic inroads into free Western societies were to allow Islam on an equal basis, and would do so without allowing special favors to Islamics, why should we find that acceptable?
Some may accept Islamic demands for a time. Muslim mindsets, regardless of whether it is allowed or disallowed by Western governments, will force Islam against those within our societies.
We need to examine our willingness to accept equality in our lands. Would our ancestors have accepted such invasion? The only difference between those ancestors and us is that they had a healthy self-interest wherein such an imposition would not have been allowed by invading immigrants or by anyone else.
They certainly would not have tolerated a government, or any representatives within it, who did not represent their interests.
They would not have accepted a subterfuge that said that those recently immigrated masses have been granted legal recognition and are therefore as good as or better than you.
They would not have accepted a stranglehold by the left on our governments and they would not have allowed intolerant, aggressive ideologies to establish within our societies.
Attitudes have changed since then, but we had better examine why those attitudes have changed. They will change again. Necessity will see to that.
What has been foisted upon us, by stealth applied over time ,will be more difficult to dislodge when the left has stronger allies with increased numbers of immigrants and Islamics. They already make clear who they choose to represent. It is not the British or American people. It is not Europeans."
