WASHINGTON-WE HAVE A PROBLEM

Well folks here I am in the U.S of A, Pennsylvania to be precise and it is very hot.

I must admit that upon landing in Washington I was quite taken back by the amount of Hijabs and Burkas I saw, there were many and I mean many.

Upon seeing this the phrase "Washington, you have a huge problem" flashed into my head and I think there is a problem here in the US that many people are not aware of, it is generally accepted that after 9/11 America "woke up " to the threat of Islam in America and the west, good, but I am not sure that is now the case.

I have been in small town America,I am there now and I honestly feel that 9/11 has been forgotten and allowed to slip into history, the people I have met are so into their County, many I am told do not like to leave their own County.

There is a sense of the never ending parochial community unaware of what is happening outside of their county.

To my way of thinking this is dangerous, in the cities of America where there are Muslim communities there is probably more awareness of the situation, but I think that is where the awareness is staying.

People over here ask about Britain, only today I was in a small antique shop in Middleburg PA, the shop owber asked about the UK because she had been there and "loved London" I told her how it was and she said that she was aware of the situation regarding terrorism and Islam in the UK.

The conversation continued and she asked why is the UK not doing anything?, I explained about Europe etc, she then asked "how did it get so bad", I gave her a potted history, the she said  " when the UK acts  so will America but our Muslim problem is very small"

America has a huge problem, I honestly feel that outside of the Urban conurbation's and Cities there is an ignorance of the Islamic situation in the US.

Indeed the American politicians are openly courting the Muslim vote

Seriously people I do honestly believe that America has a bigger problem than the UK when it comes down to actively recognizing the the Islamic threat and I think that America is waiting to see what the UK does before committing itself to affirmative action

Gandalf, I am always slightly suspicious when I hear the extent to which America apparently suffers from the same "self doubt" syndrome which is behind Europe's weak respone to Islam. Can it really be that bad? When did they suffer their loss of cultural nerve, and why? I grew up thinking of most Americans as staunch patriots, proud of their country and its success. What happened?

However, as far as I am concerned, the whole "Islamization" problem is simply a matter of numbers. Nothing more to it than that in the long term. And as America currently has a tiny percentage of Muslims, and as they (the Americans) are not all thinking of emigrating (as they are in the UK) , I would say they are safe for a while yet. We in the UK and in Europe are facing the big problem. The USA situation is nothing in comparison. Yet.

Off - topic ... a really excellent couple of articles written from a Dutch perspective about the collapse of society in Holland - Please read !

WORLD'S LARGEST MOSQUE TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN USA. OCCULT SYMBOLISM CELEBRATES HUMAN SACRIFICE TO ALLAH

"A crescent that Muslims face into to face Mecca is called a mihrab, and is the central feature around which every mosque is built. As unveiled in September 2005, the Crescent of Embrace would have been the world's largest mosque by a factor of a hundred. The insignificantly altered Bowl of Embrace redesign leaves every particle of structure from the original design fully intact. It will still be the world's largest mosque by a factor of a hundred.

The only change was to add a few irrelevant trees, slightly disguising the crescent structure, but a mosque is unaffected by how many trees are planted around it. There are a dozen typical mosque features. All are realized in the Crescent/Bowl design, all on the same epic scale as the giant mihrab. (See Crescent of Betrayal, especially download 2, Chapter Five.)

But this is no ordinary mosque. It is a terrorist memorial mosque, specifically honoring the hijackers of Flight 93."

    Gandalf,
Welcome to the USA. One reason for the hijabs may have been that the Islamic Society of North America is holding their annual convention in Rosemont, Ill. this weekend. What you saw may have been attendees waiting to catch a flight.
Having said that, I think that our problem has not yet reached the proportions of the one in Europe and the UK. As piggy infidel noted, the numbers aren't there (yet). There appear to have been some incidents, but they are mostly swept under the carpet by the media. However, don't be fooled into thinking that no one is paying attention. And, as frakked noted, many of us have guns at home. Which reminds me that I have a good bit to do tomorrow to get ready for a day at the range on Saturday.

    Welcome to the U.S.
I too have relatives in Pennsylvania. It is a lovely state.
Where I live though, I am well aware of many intruders and head coverings are becoming a day to day occurrence. It is sad for me to admit that many have forgotten 9/11 and choose to stay in their own bubbles. This is true.
Frakked, I do not own a gun.

Most Americans DONT trust muslims or their fake religion of pieces, but just keep it to themselves and off the TV cameras if interviewed.
If the muzzie dogs do launch another large attack on US soil, than watch for great changes aimed against the mohammedians.
    That is their true name.
