MUSLIMS REFUSE TO HANDLE ALCOHOL AT UK SUPERMARKETS - TIME FOR US TO BOYCOTT
Well, Well it seems that now muslims have decided that they shouldn't handle alcohol at our supermarkets so the dhimmi employers are allowing them to "opt out". Muslims who do this are NOT following the teachings of the religion they so love to publicly proclaim as one of their own leaders has denounced them as immature and exploiting their employer and religion.
Well I think that we should also "opt out".
If you are at a checkout and a muslim raises his/her hand showing that they will not touch your alcohol purchase - then LEAVE -- leave your items on the counter and WALK OUT!
We live in the UK NOT Iran and it is high time for the BS to stop and for us to take this small stand against the Islamisation of our Country. If enough of us do this - the supermarkets will take notice and hopefully change their ludicrous policies of dhimmitude.

Muslim checkout staff get an alcohol opt-out clause
MUSLIM supermarket checkout staff who refuse to sell alcoholare being allowed to opt out of handling customers’ bottles and cans of drink.
Islamic workers at Sainsbury’s who object to alcohol on religious grounds are told to raise their hands when encountering any drink at their till so that a colleague can temporarily take their place or scan items for them.
Other staff have refused to work stacking shelves with wine, beer and spirits and have been found alternative roles in the company.
Sainsbury’s said this weekend it was keen to accommodate the religious beliefs of all staff but some Islamic scholars condemned the practice, saying Muslims who refused to sell alcohol were reneging on their agreements with the store.
Islam states that Muslims should not consume alcohol, but opinion is divided on whether it is permissible to be involved in the sale of it.
Mustapha, a Muslim checkout worker at the company’s store in Swiss Cottage, northwest London, interrupts his work to ensure that he does not have to sell or handle alcohol.
Each time a bottle or can of alcohol comes along the conveyor belt in front of him, Mustapha either swaps places discreetly with a neighbouring attendant or raises his hand so that another member of staff can come over and pass the offending items in front of the scanner before he resumes work.
Some of the staff delegated to handle the drink for Mustapha are themselves obviously Muslim, including women in hijab head coverings. However, a staff member at the store told a reporter that two other employees had asked to be given alternative duties after objecting to stacking drinks shelves.
Mustapha told one customer: “I can’t sell the alcohol because of my religion. It is Ramadan at the moment.”
His customers did not appear to have any objection to his polite refusal to work with alcohol. One said: “I have no issues with it at all, it really doesn’t bother me.”
However, some senior Muslims were less approving.
Ghayasuddin Siddiqui, director of the Muslim Institute and leader of the Muslim parliament, said: “This is some kind of overenthusiasm. One expects professional behaviour from people working in a professional capacity and this shows a lack of maturity.
“Sainsbury’s is being very good, they are trying to accommodate the wishes of their employees and we commend that. The fault lies with the employee who is exploiting and misusing their goodwill. It makes no difference if it is only happening over Ramadan.”
Ibrahim Mogra, chairman of the inter-faith committee of the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), said: “Muslim employees should look at the allowances within Muslim law to enable them to be better operating employees and not be seen as rather difficult to cater for.”
A spokeswoman for Sainsbury’s, confirming Mustapha’s stance, said: “At the application stage we ask the relevant questions regarding any issues about handling different products and where we can we will try and accommodate any requirements people have, but it depends on the needs of the particular store.”

In the beginning this has to be organized. A whole bunch of shoppers go in and put alcohol in their cart. Then when the expected happens they all walk out en masse. This should be done every day. And flyers should be handed out - far enough from the store so the police aren't called. Or maybe put in mail boxes in the area of the shop. This is absurd!! I as a Jew would have no trouble handling a package with port inside - just don't ask me to eat it!

Well, if any one behave differently, we cant bear that. but i will tell u one thing, stuff u dont understand doesnt mean it is wrong. living in a global village every one has got religious rights. the way u have commented the thing is 100% racest. if every one in ur town start stealing, doesnt justfy u to steal. the same way if one muslim is handling wine, doesnt justify generalising the idea that every muslim should handle it. cause religion is a personal thing. the same way if u are the only person who opposes the idea, doesnt mean the whole world will do the same, there are people wd a bit broad mind and understand spiritual requirement and religios obligation. like so many customers at Sansbury commented that they dont mind, they just want to be sold the item, and they will welcome any one. and it is mostly the idea that muslims are narrow mind, but here i can see the way round.try to think big, and try to study The Holy Quran, and i challange u u will get in love wd God, instead wd wine..

If i worked as a cashier (as i have in the past) and refused to serve a muslim person because of my faith i would be suspended immediatley. If my belief is "all people who support islam are wrong" then i would be stoned or hung in an islamic state. Yet if i curse christians in an islamic state then i have done no wrong. Muslims can refuse to handle alcohol now, well i refuse too look at you, you offend me. Same difference? No. All religion is evil. Yoou are ALL brainwashed too believe one thing over another. Please e-mail me at dannylove11@hotmail.com. I would like a conversation. Peace, Dan

I boycott all Mohammedans. Local shops right up to my local hospitals (which, frankly, I need). I've been to hospital five times in the past 3+ years. The only docs I've ever seen there were Mohammedans. My doc wants me to go again for a couple of things - I'm refusing to go.
Boycott Mohammedans. If one asks you for directions on the street, send him the wrong way.
And now for a little light reading:

This is not new!
The Trade Unions have been helping the government introduce creeping shira law. Union agreements that muslims should not have to handle pork or alcohol etc. have been in existence for some years now.
I call it "creeping shira" because if/when the government moves to incorporate these "rights" into common law their reply to any public outcry will be, "Whats the problem? These practices have been accepted in industry for 10/15/20 years. We are only formalizing something that already happens!"

Handling alchohol, porn, and tobacco does not seem to be an issue at the muslim corner shop, indeed they will sell it to anyone reguardless of legality.I will not transact my busininess with any muslim, be it bank , supermarket or anywhere else, the only fly in the ointment is petrol, the wogs are in every garage, the only place that i have found with a white propritor,is in devon, rather a long way to go .Banks are a good place for this kind of action, once you tell the que that you will not conduct your business with a foreigner who drags its religion into yuor financial affairs, you would be surprised at how many people refuse to jump the que when a wog teller with head rag becomes available.

First of all, I am against the language you use here. HOWEVER, you have exposed the political agenda of many of these people by saying that the Muslim corner store sells alcohol. How about bringing this to the attention of your local newspaper; and if they refuse to write a story on it, I suggest you make a flyer showing the hypocricy and exposed political agenda. You and your friends should hand it out in the center of town.

Chaya, people are fed up and use such language, wog was the term used by British soldiers during the period of the Sudan campaigns.
If you mean go to the local newspaper or any media outlet think again, that is impossible, you do not get a look in and you take a real risk in getting exposed by some brain washed self-rightous idiot.
As for standing around handing out flyers in town centres, your kidding, the police will be on us faster than flies to sh*t.
We will continue with the website and talking to people in pubs, clubs, buses trains and taxis on a peronal level.
Chaya, welcome to the site, we are a mix here, but united in one critical thing, an absolute certainty that Islam is seriously bad news for everyone across the globe.

I cant understand the massive offence it causes to people by the term "wog", "nigger" or "paki". These are terms of history that shouldn't be frowned upon. If someone in this country called me a honkey or pastey i really wouldn't care.

I can't understand why after reading the opinions of people on this site and others like it why any of you would spend any money in Muslim shops etc, the same people who do then wonder why the same muslims can afford to bye a house on the same street they live and knock the value of the whole property market down.... Boycott.

and now...direct from radio five "live"... adverts promoting muslims on the side of buses.
I now refuse to handle any muslims!

The paki/bangladeshi owned "Indian" restaurants don't seem to have an issue with selling booze, unless they have changed in the last couple of years (I don't know cos I havn't been near one for the last 2 years). I won't shop at Sainsburys now cos the have given £16m to labour over the last few years.

I don't understand why there isn't any actual confrontation with these people; or would one be arrested for being Islamophobic?? The problem is this Islamic encroachment is happening little by little - so people 'get used to it.' But what will the 'straw be that breaks the camel's back?'
Here in Israel there aren't these problems on a day to day basis. Muslim women don't cover their faces. I see some every day in shops (I'm next to Yaffo). And I'm sure no Muslim working in a supermarket would even think about not touching a bottle of alcohol!

Hi Chaya,
I understand your point, the simple fact is that we would be arrested and charged with a hate crime of some description, its sad very sad

Gandalf is right. Men have lost their jobs just for saying "Paki" in the most neutral sense, for example "Is the new paki lad about?" The government also subsidises "anti fascist" volunteers (believe it or not through the national lottery!) to spy on anyone considered racist.

WHAT??? Huxley was right! This spying is fascism!!

Employ Muslims - Expect trouble.
Any company wishing to meet its 'ethnic' quotas should employ Sikhs, Hindus, Sri Lankans etc. Muslims can be readily identified by their names - check for Muslim or Arabic origin at http://www.babynamesfamily.com/popular_boys_baby_names.html

If your in Britain you should play by our rules. The muslim faith is a disease upon Europe. How dare you question alcohol. I want to purchase it, if you cant sell you shouldn't have a job

I think we are heating things up, we won't reach any results with this approach. I understand their philosophy concerning alcohol, perhaps we should learn that from them considering the dramatic statistics for alcohol abuse. However, voting for this "opt out" clause means that they know what the risks are, we don't have to take it all personally and make a big deal out of it.

I admire what you have done here. I like the part where you say you are doing this to give back but I would assume by all the comments that this is working for you as well.
