Man jailed over terrorism charges
A man in e-mail contact with so-called "lyrical terrorist" Samina Malik has been sentenced to four-and-a-half years after admitting three terror charges.

The Old Bailey heard he planned to take military-style equipment on board.
The court heard Qureshi contacted Heathrow worker Malik about the airport's security procedures.
Aaah its so refreshing to see that our Muslimfiendsfriends are still planning on doing us harm, this after all of the protestations that they wish to integrate with us here in the UK and elsewhere.
Secondly what a surprise to find out that he had been in contact with the Lyrical terrorist Shamina Malik for details of security in Heathrow airport and do you remember she was described as a harmless fantasist.
What never ceases to amaze me the amount of excuse making for these people is made by the loopy left.
It is patently clear that the Muslim population in this country are not in any way shape or form inclined to abstain from their murderous ways.
There is now a huge weight of evidence that shows the utter contempt and hatred these people have for us and I cannot understand how any sane person cannot acknowledge the real existence of that hatred.
The Bishop of Rochester has pointed out how our country is being turned into no go areas for the non Muslim and yet politicians still deny this despite the fact that one Home Secretary, Mr Reid, had personal experience of this when he visited Leyton in London only to be told that he had no right to be there as it was Islamic land.

Harm number three: Social Harm

personally, I have no problem with Kenyan Asians coming to this country as long as they are Christians... it appears to be muslims stirring it up down there so i'm afraid they're not welcome.

This was not a case of terrorism but armed warfare against the forces of the Crown ie, the forces of Her Majesty the Queen, by a citizen. It is pure treason, punishable, if there is any justice left in the UK, by execution and then deportation.
Instead, he gets 4 years, he will be out in one, and will head straight to the Benefits office, and then the mosque, for further instructions.

A VOW has been made today to make it more difficult for motorists to drive illegally in the city's pedestrian zones following a horrific incident on Saturday.
A man has appeared in court in connection with an incident in Peterborough city centre.
Mohammed Redha Zouaoui (34), of Cromwell Road, Millfield, appeared at Peterborough Magistrates' Court yesterday, charged with three counts of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and one charge of dangerous driving.
The Algerian national, who spoke only to confirm his name and address, is accused of driving through a barrier on Saturday afternoon and crashing into a crowd of people in Long Causeway.
Two people were injured in the collision, while a third was allegedly stabbed by the driver of the car who got out to confront the crowd of shoppers.
No application for bail was made and Zouaoui was remanded into custody.

Henry Webster was battered with a claw hammer to the brink of death in a gang attack
A gang battered a schoolboy to the brink of death with a claw hammer in a scene straight out of a Quentin Tarantino film, a court heard yesterday.
Henry Webster, 16, was struck with such force that an imprint of the hammer was left on his skull, fracturing it in three places.
The 6ft 2in rugby player, who needed emergency surgery, still feels the effects of the "savage beating" by 16 Asian youths, Bristol Crown Court was told.
Four teenagers - Wasif Khan, 18, Amjad Qazi, 19, and two boys aged 15 and 16, who cannot be named for legal reasons - deny charges of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
James Patrick, prosecuting, said: "To those who watched it, it made a sickening sight, the sort of violence you would expect to see in a Quentin Tarantino film - certainly not in a playground in a school."
The court heard how a fight "blew out of nothing" in January last year, after Henry ran into a group of Asian boys in a corridor at Ridgeway School in Wroughton, Swindon.
After a brief argument, he was asked to meet the 15-year- old defendant at the school tennis courts later that day.
Mr Patrick said: "It was to be a fair fight. A one- on- one - or so Henry thought.
"But he had not reckoned on the fact it was not to be one-on-one - it was going to be significantly more."
The court heard how the defendant had texted or telephoned a group of friends from Swindon, who travelled to the 1,400-pupil school especially for the fight.
In a video interview filmed six days after the attack and shown to the jury yesterday, Henry told police he tried to walk away but the group ambushed him.
"I stood around for a bit, then these men came through the gate and looked around," he said.
"[The 15-year-old] was pointing at me and saying "He's the one, he's the one". A man in a black jacket pushed me and, as I walked away, he started punching me.
"I heard screams, then I was punched in the back of my head. I was curled up on the floor but they repeatedly kept hitting me.
"Then I felt the hammer hit the back of my head. I know it was a hammer because if it was a punch, your vision does not change.
"As I got hit, my vision turned to stars - it all separated, what I could see, because it was so powerful."
Mr Patrick said: "Amazingly, Henry remained conscious throughout but his injuries were described by paramedics as lifethreatening."
Witnesses to the assault saw his attackers run off, punching the air and shouting: "We've done it."
Doctors have told Henry he will never recover from the attack

The father of two brothers who were caught up in a night of street violence was beaten and seriously injured while trying to stop the fighting, a jury has been told.
As a group of about 15 Asian men surrounded John McKerney on Fishwick Parade, shouts of "let's get him, let's kill him" were heard, said Preston Crown Court prosecutor Mark Ainsworth.
Some of the group were carrying baseball bats or bars.
"He was struck to the head, fell to the floor and was punched, kicked and hit to the head and body", Mr Ainsworth told the jury.
The alleged victim tried to get up but was knocked to the ground once more.
During the widespread street violence Shezan Umarji, a 20-year-old student of Fishwick View, Preston, suffered 14 stab wounds and died later in hospital.
The jury in the present trial of Mohammed Zakria Khan, 21, of Great Townley Street, Fishwick, who denies violent disorder, have been told about the trial last year in which Liam McKerney was convicted of the manslaughter of Mr Umarji.
Liam McKerney's brother, Kieran McKerney, and another man, Lee Moore, were acquitted on charges arising out of the death of Shezan, Mr Ainsworth told the jury.
