This does not help at all

Utterings such as this from US President G W Bush do not help at all :

President Bush yesterday told students in Israel he hasn't done enough to dispel the idea that the United States is at war with Islam, but also blamed the "poisonous" state-run TV stations in the Middle East for mischaracterizing him.

During an extended conversation with about 12 college and high school students under an olive tree in Jerusalem, the issue of diplomacy arose, and Mr. Bush launched into a defense of his attitude toward Muslims.

Mr Bush,  war has been declared on the western world by Islam, that is patently clear and to take the stance that the west is NOT at war with Islam is a totally misguided one.

The west did not declare war on Islam, Islam declared war on the west, war has been forced upon us.

The making of appeasing statements such as this only gives the enemy greater confidence and reinforces their belief that we will not stand to protect our civilization.

Here is one Americans view, and it is an excellent answer to the pandering politicians in the west

Thank you Veronica

Anger is the only thing that can save us...too often we feel indignation but never enough pure anger.

We are saddened by the killing of a young Catholic boy...we are indignant that a young Turk should do this to him, but where is the anger that not only should this boy be murdered for no apparent reason, but in such a fashion that is only found in the halal slaughter houses...with his throat cut and left to bleed to death!

If only the anger as shown in the video could penetrate into the hearts of the British people.

In the case of GW Bush, it has been an advantage.

OTH, all this that "we are not at war with Islam", could be just a subterfuge. The fact remains that the US and the UK have not just invaded a couple of Islamic countries, but are changing their political status from within. The US is also at war in Somalia and Yemen, using Predators to knock off Jihadis. The US is alo in the Phillipines, doing the same.

This reminds me of a sc-fi movie, "Mars Attacks!" The Martians carry around a "Universal Translator", which keeps blaring out "We come in peace!" and similar phrases, while blasting away the moment a human takes them at their word.

Is Bush this smart? Is he playing dumb because the enemy then underestimate him?

    Propanda War.

George Bush is most definetly NOT the dhimmi that most 'journos' in the anti-Jihadist crusade would have you believe.

If you have read and understood Islam, then you will know that this is one of the many ways to fight Islam: and win.

I don't trust people like 'Veronica' et al, who are apparently too naive, or too ignorant, to understand this kind of 'diplomacy' is also real-life propoganda during a real-life world war.

'Journos' like Veronica et al, would do the cause of the Free World much more good if they would stop the childish constant bitching and start saying:

"Thank you , Mr. Bush. I for one appreciate all you are doing to keep me alive, and free to print/publish whatever utter tripe I should wish.

I am so grateful to George Bush and all in his Administration for their determined action against Islam.

If not for the USA's committment to waging war against all enemies of Democracy and Christianity, I would not be able to type this little note right now.

Australia would already have been taken by Islam.
At best: I would now be a Dhimmi.

As far as I'm concerned: Veronica can blow her bitchiness right out of her pretty little arse.

    I'm still alive.
And I'm still in on The Fight.

It's a Long War, and won't be over by Christmas.

As President of the USA, George Bush is obliged to use whatever methods he can to secure the safety of his People and The Federation.

Propaganda is standard operating procedure during war.
