Do you remember the case of the Muslim girl and the Hairdresser, Bushra Noah was refused a job in a Hairdressing salon run by Sarah DeCrozier because she would not remove her Hijab.
It has Just been announced on London Tonight news that damages of £4000,00p has been awarded to Bushra Noah. (sorry no links as yet)
The Salon called Wedge pictured above said that the wearing of a Hijab was not in line with the salon
The tribunal decided that dicrimination was not intentional but awarded £4000 to Ms Noah anyway.

Last updated at 14:49pm on 8th November 2007The owner of an "alternative" London hair salon is being sued for religious discrimination after refusing to give a job to a Muslim woman who wanted to wear a headscarf at work.
Sarah Desrosiers, whose Wedge salon specialises in "urban funky" cuts, says she turned down applicant Bushra Noah because she was "selling image" and needed her staff to display their hairstyles to the public.
Ms Noah, 19, is claiming religious discrimination and suing Ms Desrosiers for more than £15,000 for injury to her feelings, as well as an unspecified sum for lost earnings.

Here is another example of financial Jihad and the demonstration of an attitude that seems to be common amongst all Muslims, especially the Female of the species, that attitude being "I can have any job I want on my terms alone" and if they do not get the job then they take the prospective employer to court and try to clean out their bank account.
Todays western world is image concious, many large businesses especially the fashion industry are pure image just look at all the so called "Designer" clothing stores, these stores and fashion chains pay "supermodels" a fortune to be "their face", I cannot imagine Gucci or Burberry having a Hijabbed female as "their Face".
The same applies to this young lady and her hairdressing business.
I may be wrong but I have the feeling that this Muslim girl applied for this post knowing that she did not fit the profile of the person needed for the job and subsequently took court action when she was not appointed, claiming discrimmination of course.

This country is completely F****D! What idiot could give this sort of judgement. The girl was completely unsuited for work in the salon. She should have been laughed out of court and made to pay ALL expenses.

"A Muslim woman was awarded £4,000 for "injury to feelings" after a hair salon owner refused to employ her because she wears a headscarf.
Bushra Noah accused Sarah Desrosiers, owner of a trendy central London hair salon, of religious discrimination after she failed to offer her a job in May last year.
A panel sitting at the central London employment tribunal dismissed her claim of direct discrimination but upheld her complaint of indirect discrimination. Mrs Noah, of Acton, west London, had applied for a job as a junior assistant at the Wedge salon in King's Cross.

She was awarded £4,000 damages for “injury to feelings”.
In its judgment, the panel stated: “We were satisfied by the respondent’s evidence that the claimant was not treated less favourably than the respondent would have treated a woman who, whether Muslim or not, for a reason other than religious belief wears a hair covering at all times when at work.”
£4000 for 15 minutes = £12000 an hour.
I sincerely hope that a BNP government will abolish all these kangaroo courts along with the entire ‘grievance industry’, and maybe even allow victims of parasitism to reclaim their losses with (non Shariah-compliant) interest.

They are lucky she was only "badly upset" anything more and they would be in jail or closed down. I wonder if this is a precedent for every unsuitable job applicant upset by an interview to claim a cash handout. We could be onto something here!

To some people Britain is one enormous razzia, just waiting to be plundered. Litigation jihad seeking damages for hurt feelings by these culturally sensitive invaders is becoming all too common. Mohammedans are motivated by greed and are by nature the most devious of people.
We Brits are conditioned by fair play, truthfulness and sensitivity of others feelings.
The two do not marry. Only when the country is rid of the liars and cheats can we live by our ethics..meanwhile we have to play them at their own game.
Counteract their lies by even bigger lies...when they play the victim convince others that we are the worse victim...they have set the rules so we should play by those rules and see who can be the most devious.

Its all a load of rubbish. The girl had tried for 25 hairdressing jobs and failed to get any. She must be no good as a hairdresser.
If I apply to be a Halal butcher or summat and get rejected because I am not a Muslim, will I be in line for a nice £4,000 pay out?

How about I establish a Haute Couture boutique specially for Hijabs, niqabs, scarfs, Paki-Pant Suits, etc.
If none of the Muslimas in our city come to me as my customers, I will sue the Supreme Islamic Council of Australia for not ordering all Muslimas to shop at my 'respectable' and 'Sharia Compliant' House of Clothing-Jihad.
Lucrative, I reckon.
