UK JUDGE RULES "RACIST" INSULT NOW LEGAL REASON FOR ASSAULT

This post is in response to Gandalf's recent blog - Effectively, what Harman and the ultra-feminist lobby want is a licence for women to kill." - and Harriet Harman's proposed changes to British laws in regards to mitigating punishment for murder that occurs when a woman kills a man after she has experienced "domestic abuse".
Gandalf posed the possibility that: "This defence will undoubtedly be used outside of the "domestic violence" arena".
I couldn't agree more - in fact it has already happened!
According to the below article Amar Burton NEVER experienced a racial taunt in all his 27 years so when he supposedly heard one from Christopher Linden - Amar left the scene - then returned to use his knife, he repeatedly stabbed Mr. Linden then slashed his chin (attempted throat slitting or decapitation maybe??) Amar Burton admitted the assault.
The idiotic judge used the EXCUSE stated above and decided that poor Amar was "upset" by the racist comment and acted in a "moment of stupidity". The judge then proceeded to give a nine month sentence in jail for this very serious assault if not attempted murder BUT the sentence was immediately lessened to 12 months probation/supervision.
Seems the judge has decided that racist words are a far greater offence rather than Amar Burton's possession of a knife. The fact that Amar had time to premeditate the assault with a lethal weapon and still opted to proceeded to brutally attack Christopher Linden - repeatedly stabbing and slashing him was clearly less "offensive" to the judge.
So the British courts have now proclaimed that (accusations of) anti politically correct racial comments are now legal grounds for the "offended person" to attack & maim (and possibly kill) whomever issued those words.
This judge has opened the way for the lobbing of verbal racism "bombs" (or accusations) to now legally proceed to actual bombs.
