We must be positive and take action
The Hydra that is Nu Labour
There is much talk of the actions of this government and past governments acting in such a manner that treason has been committed by those governments.Just how do we prove that this is the case and if it appears not to be treason what actions can be taken.
The treason laws are old and largely unchanged, they ere last changed when T Blair had the death penalty removed for people who have committed treason.
The treason laws appear to be a mechanism for the defense of the Monarch, thus we have to ask the question, "if the monarch is attacked has the state been attacked or put under threat?" conversely if the state is placed under threat does that constitute an attack on the monarch therefore treasonable? I personally would say yes to both but not being a legal Eagle I could not swear to it.
The original law said: "When a Man doth compass or imagine the Death of our Lord the King, or of our Lady his Queen or of their eldest Son and Heir; or if a Man do violate the King's Companion, or the King's eldest Daughter unmarried, or the Wife the King's eldest Son and Heir; or if a Man do levy War against our Lord the King in his Realm, or be adherent to the King's Enemies in his Realm, giving to them Aid and Comfort in the Realm."
The essence of a law from 1351 remains in place
There are other means of bringing an action against an errant Government, Misfeasance/Nonfeasance is just one way:
At present the terms misfeasance and nonfeasance are most often used with reference to the conduct of municipal authorities with reference to the discharge of their statutory obligations; and it is an established rule that an action lies in favour of persons injured by misfeasance, i.e. by negligence in discharge of the duty; but that in the case of nonfeasance the remedy is not by action but by indictment or mandamus or by the particular procedure prescribed by the statutes.
This addresses negligence in discharge of duty and I feel that this strikes closer to the actions of this and other Governments especially in the case of the EEC/EU membership, this negligence may prove to be treasonable.
Deception is another avenue to be explored:
s15(4) provides that "deception" means:
any deception (whether deliberate or reckless) by words or conduct as to fact or as to law, including a deception as to the present intentions of the person using the deception or any other person.
This I feel accurately describes Mr Edward Heaths actions when he signed the UK into the EEC knowing full well that it was a blueprint for an EU state yet presented it as an economical alliance/partnership only
No precise legal definition of fraud exists; many of the offenses referred to as fraud are covered by the Theft Acts of 1968 and 1978. Generally, the term is used to describe such acts as deception, bribery, forgery, extortion, corruption, theft, conspiracy, embezzlement, misappropriation, false representation, concealment of material facts and collusion. For practical purposes fraud may be defined as the use of deception with the intention of obtaining an advantage, avoiding an obligation or causing loss to another party.
Government actions over the years regarding the EU appear to fit this category quite well
Having said all this where do we go from here, well a strategy is clearly needed, there are many people out there who have information, many of the blogs have posted information, the trouble is it is in a very fragmented format, all of this information needs to be collated into one document identifying all of the above transgressions made by Government ( this will be a large document)
Upon completion this document must be presented to the Authorities( only after verification of information contained therein) and an action lodged. What information do we need.
May I suggest the following headings:
Financial-
Social- ie unfettered immigration, erosion of culture and identity, balkanization of the state.
Constitutional/ legal- derogation/abrogation of common law and established legal rights ie Magna Carta by foreign laws and imposition of the Human rights law.
Political- ie the EU membership
Industrial- ie reduction of manufacturing industries, farming, the common agricultural policy and fisheries(the factortame rulings)
Defense of the realm- ie open borders, exposing the people of this country to harm from foreign forces of alien culture
Many of the above will overlap that I think is inevitable
How do we do this, well as I have previously stated the information is out there, we need a group of people who will take one of the headings and then compile the information relevant to that area, that is a MINIMUM of seven people it could be many more more than one person may have a specific interest in one certain topic
All the research will then be gathered together and collated into one document, the document will then be presented to the authorities as previously stated.
Is there anybody interested in carrying out this exercise(for want of a better word), we have to start somewhere, there are no doubt many, like myself who upon hearing about something or listening to our politicians, are jumping around our sitting rooms saying "something must be done".
I do not know if this concept is complete rubbish or not, however it is my attempt to get something positive started that can have an outcome that would, in my opinion benefit the UK
How would we as a group communicate, I would suggest Skype (plus all the other methods that we all know), this could be done on a regular basis linking up once or twice a week for example.
There you have it, are you interested?, if you are e-mail me at pompeii@uppompeii.com all suggestions welcome

we demand the police do their job and arrest those MPs that signed the 72 act.
They laugh- you explain that they themselves are open to arrest.
they lose their pensions etc.....
We were left laws to protect ourselves and the country we just don't bother but we can with the will.
The ex cop has started the ball rolling and he knows the laws.
He wants as many as possible to follow his actions.
Going for the 72 act kills all the bills dead.
I want a copy of his document to serve on the police for sure i will do it.
The beast must be slain George can't but we can.
The cops are now political not upholders of the laws.
A snowball always starts with a tiny little lump...
Must find a way to make contact..Gerrish or John at tpuc should help.

The cop has the papers Heath signed he certainly knew it was not just a common market.
The words must be kept secret were used.
The ex cop already has a group to join up with.
The video i left explains his work.
Politicians are certainly against us and all their pleading is just bullshit.
The rope around their necks must itch.
Blair could not change the treason laws
he tried to protect himself and the queen in the 90s.
certainly not rubbish...like yourself i'm well peed off that we just sit back and vegetate we dishonour all our war dead.

Must Look Beyond Labels
It cannot be stressed too often that those who are going to make an effective contribution to the struggle against the Communist challenge, must always look beyond political labels, propaganda, smokescreens, and mere verbal battles to the reality behind them.
And what is the basic reality shared by all brands of Socialists?
They all believe in the centralisation of power; they all advance the idea that the power of Government should be increased. Some Socialists - and many who call themselves anti-Socialists - genuinely believe, of course, that it is possible to implement a policy of centralised control and centralised planning, and then successfully call a halt at a certain stage. They are like the girl who argued that just a little bit of pregnancy was all right!
Unfortunately history has proved that once policies of centralised control are set in motion, they progressively gain momentum, and that as the momentum grows, the moderates responsible for the initial impetus either have to become more ruthless in order to attempt to deal with the results of the increased momentum, or they are pushed aside by those who have no scruples about being ruthless in the exercising of centralised power.
Every increase in the power of Government is at the expense of the individual, who, as he loses not only power to make decisions for himself, but also loses his sense of personal responsibility, tends to become more and more satisfied to depend upon the State. It is the undermining of the individual’s belief in the basic principle of true freedom and the personal responsibility which goes with it, that has had such a deadly “softening up” effect on the peoples of the non-Communist world, and thus seriously lowered their resistance to the Communist challenge.
The Fabian Socialists have not only made a major contribution towards this weakened resistance; they have provided a smokescreen which has hidden the activities of both secret and known Communists. In a secret message sent from London to the Internationale in Geneva in 1870, Karl Marx said that the English would never make their own revolution, and that foreigners would have to make it for them.
But there are not only violent revolutionary activities; there is such a thing as a silent revolution, the undermining of a nation and its institutions from within. This is what the Fabian Socialists set out to accomplish.
Their policy was one of influencing all other political groups by infiltration and permeation. This policy has been aptly described as one of Sovietism by Stealth. The Fabian Society, which took its name from Fabius Cunctator, the Roman dictator who eventually defeated Hannibal as a result of a policy of gradualness, more.........

THE PROBLEM.
The poitical elites of the 3 main parties want to drag us into a federal Europe whether we like it or not.
The best possible outcome is we are bogged down in a bloated, corrupt, bureaucratic money gobbling swamp.
Worst case scenario, is the full blown Orwellian nightmare, where they control all that we say,do, and even think.
It seems to me,that handing control of your legal system and borders to a foreign power is treason. Last time I looked, that was aginst the law.
ONE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
We need to produce a one page document demanding the arrest and prosecution of Brown & Milliband. This needs to be personally signed by hundreds or thousands and handed in,en masse, to the nearest police station to westminister. We then need to march as close as possible to the House of Commons. we need HUGE banners and need to get into the papers and on the news.
Best day would be when they hold PMs Questions. Yes, it means taking a day off and a lot of organizing, but if we use our contacts,we really might be able to get a movement going.
Doing nothing is not an alternative. Your grandchildren will hate you, with good reason, for being spineless if we fil to try.
