Who's Human Rights are considered by this Quango of a court

The idiocy of the societies in the west never ceases to amaze me, the idiocy of the laws concerning human rights that emanate from the EU has raised its ugly head yet again.

This chancre has raised its head in the UK and in Norway and it concerns two Islamic preachers(for want of a better word) namely Abu Hamsa and Mullah Krekkar.

Mullah Krekkar is going to the international court of Human rights because of cruel bad treatment in NORWAY, since when has Norway had a bad human rights record, to the best of my knowledge the Trolls have not complained at all but Mullah Krekkar feels differently ;-

Mullah Krekkar, founder of radical Islamist group Ansar al-Islam, has filed charges with Europe's human rights court against Norway, where he lives, for "inhuman treatment," his lawyer said Tuesday.

"For nearly six years, my client has not been able to work, travel, or even pick up a package at the post office or open a bank account since he lacks any form of identification papers," said Meling"

Is that it!, he can't pick up a paper, thats cruelty? - inhuman treatment?, the crazy thing about this is that the stupid Human rights court will agree to hear such a ridiculous case.

Here in the UK Abu Hamsa has appealed to the Human rights court and gained a postponement of the extradition order to the US

The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg gave the order as the 48-year-old's lawyers claimed he would be kept in inhuman conditions. US authorities want to jail Hamza in America's most secure jail, the Supermax ADX Florence in Colorado, which houses 38 convicted international terrorists.

The Human rights court will no doubt completely dismiss any of the human rights of the population of either Norway or Britain such as our right not to be under threat of death from either of these two people, they have both called for the death of the infidel and in Hamsa's case planning and partaking in activities which have resulted in death of the infidel.

The court (LOL) will uphold the "rights" of these individuals to spread hate and violence in our respective countries whilst the taxpayers in either country continue to feed, clothe and shelter not only these two awful people but their families and offspring to boot.

Hamsa was NEVER going to be deported from the UK the Government was always going to make sure of that, to deport this man would have angered the Muslim lobby in the UK and the Oil producing countries of the Middle east

Such is the power wielded over the Governments of Europe by the OPEC countries, so much so that the Muslim states have "asked" for the warrant for the arrest of Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir to be "deferred"

They decided that the OIC "should coordinate its efforts with the African Union, the League of Arab States, the Non-Aligned Movement and other political groupings to support steps in the UN and elsewhere aimed at defusing this dangerous situation."

The call echoed appeals by the African Union and the Arab League for the Security Council to defer any move against Beshir for a year amid warnings it risks stoking further unrest in conflict-ridden Sudan.

Now that is a clear threat, basically they are saying "if you proceed with this warrant more people will die", this guy has already committed genocide against the Christian minority in Sudan but true to form the European court in the Hague will probably overlook that "little incident" and "suspend" the warrant.

This course of action will probably be supported by that other fatuous and useless organization the UN

This little trio of events demonstrates the complete ineffectiveness of national Governments within the EU, we are truly at the mercy of the faceless unelected fascists contained within the EU buildings

    Fear is the key.

    We are frightened as individuals.

Our government is petrified of the
    Muslims in Britain.

The EU is terrified of the OIC.

Norway cannot deport this mullah, as his "uman" rights will be violated.

It is for this reason that the mullah now has the confidence that he can sue the Norwegian government.

I wonder if they have Legal Aid in Norway.

    There are two contradictory points

    1. People such as Krekkar and Hamza are useful tools to show our still sleeping public, of the sheer evil that is Islam.

    2. Their continued stay here, gaming the system and attracting publicity, means that the media is distracted from the real threat - the demographoic one, which Geert Wilders pointed out in todays R4 prograamme.

Proving once again that it's not just 1.7 million muslims in the UK!!
See how quickly the Serbs are dragged to the UN set up Hague court?
But then the majority UN are now Arabs.
The Guy that handed over the Abu Hanza tapes to mi5 seems to be facing arrest.
I'm trying to trace this info..G Jarvey i think his name is.
Expecting Westminster to do anything against muslims in this country is believing in the tooth fairies, too much money is involved and has been for decades, hence they feel they have permission to walk all over the population.
Europe was handed over to OPEC in the early 70s first by the Franco/German allience. later signed upto by the UK.
We've been the dustbin for over-populated muslim countries ever since.
Come 2010 we shall see the full outcome of this evil.

It seems that Muslim Terrorists can claim the 'human rights' flag to avoid being deported.

What about the hacker Garry Mckinnon who is going to be deported?

If there was a US hacker who hacked into GCHQ, would we have him sent to the UK? Of course not.

It was the same with the IRA terrorists in the USA.

Its all this 'special relationship' that we have with the US.
