A predictable and ugly act, unfortunately there will be more
There has been an incident in the North of England, this incident would indicate that pure unthinking vandalism is the cause, maybe it is, maybe it is just a group of mindless yobs that have committed this act for the sheer fun of it ( as they see it) and out of complete ignorance and as such must be completely condemned
On the other hand it could be a response that I feel we are going to see more and more of.
The west, since the enlightenment has striven to expand the intellect and psyche of the human being and it has been pretty successful, with this has come the ordering of society, what we as individuals can or cannot do in order to preserve the functioning of said society.Laws are the means of keeping "order" in our society, they are the means by which we solve conflicts and disagreement and deliver punishment, but what happens when a situation arises where a group of people or an individual cannot get (in their perception) access to law to solve or redress a situation that directly affects them as a group or the individual.
What happens when a person or persons automatically become a criminal for wanting to redress a situation that directly affects them.
This is now the situation that we have in the UK, there are so many laws that place the complainant as that of the criminal.
If we defend our homes against feral gangs or thieves we are culpable in law, if we protest about the anti social acts of another section of society we are the bigot, we are the racist, we are the islamophobe, all of these are crimes and carry strong punishments and dire consequences for the "perpetrator"
If a person or persons find themselves in this situation how are they to get their grievance solved by lawful means acceptable to society in general, knowing full well that if they pursue their grievance they themselves will be classed as criminals, in short they do not get resolution.
They are however still aggrieved, angry and now feeling more isolated and the grievance still needs a solution, they will take action, they will take action of a nature that makes them feel that they have done something towards solving their situation.
The incident I speak of fits both of these scenarios, the incident was the desecration of a Muslim graveyard, yes it is wrong to desecrate any graveyard, it is not socially acceptable.
This action however is one that albeit unacceptable is understandable on one level, bearing in mind the state of our society in the UK and the raft of legislation that condemns those who wish to stop the march of Islam in the UK.
These acts I feel are liable to increase because many in the UK are denied the freedoms to actively press for changes concerning our country and way of life, many do not have the finances to go to litigation, many will not make public demonstrations about how they feel because of the fear of prosecution by the state.
Many will not say anything because their job, their livelihood could disappear very quickly, and many will not say anything for fear of direct reprisal against their person.
Many instances such as the desecration of the graveyard will happen, illegal yes , ugly yes, uncivilized yes, but unless we get a situation where the aggrieved people of this country can get a fair legitimate hearing and raise our concerns, without fear of imprisonment, losing our livelihood or being branded as some kind of heretic I fear there will be more desecrations and indiscriminate violence in this land that will eventually spread to open civil unrest.

This is the natural consequence of a closed Islamic country. It is closed to any form of morality except the barbarism of sharia - a system of laws that allow, in fact advocate the execution of apostates.
This is what will be taught in "For Muslim only" schools - a parallel institution of law and governance, in keeping with the Islamic goal of sowing discord in a Kaffir nation, prior to taking it over.

This country is brimming with socially unacceptable stuff...incidents that would have had folk out on the streets, mad as hell, 30 years ago!
Paedophiles drugging and grooming young girls for sex for instance...for God's sake...when I was young we had a flasher in our mining village...the chaps went out & caught him & thrashed him...he scarpered after that...had some low life touched one of the young girls in the village he'd have been a gonner!
Yet now all we do is shake our heads at these paedophiles, often because the children do not have a family to look out for them...many are unloved children.

I agree that such vandalism is appalling and offensive but the following comment by a local resident is worth repeating.
"Sickening though this type of thing is I don't understand why it is being used as an excuse to complain about racism. As previously stated and documented this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened but it was never reported as anti-christian vandalism. What's the difference now? They get more mileage out of Anti-Moslem and another excuse to make us feel uncomfortable in our own country. Let's just catch the culprits for EVERYONE'S sake."
