EU judges want Sharia law applied in British courts

Thank you Ed.

The EU is still pushing Sharia law, as a result of this Law courts in the UK could be forced to bow to Sharia law.

The onslaught that this country has been subject to from the Islamic world continues to gather pace, our so called government has neither the commitment or desire to stop this, our legal system is being slowly but remorselessly dismantled as is our society.

Our witless, lifeless politicians feed at the trough of a country in demise, they cannot consume the decaying remnants of the British way of life quickly enough, and the more they consume the more their masters in the EU like it

This latest edict from the EU is directly aimed at the social system that underpins daily life in the UK, our justice system that was based on a thousand years of common law, it grew and modified to reflect the growth of our society and culture. A good system evolved from that growth - so good in fact that the World copied it.

Nobody copied Sharia law, nobody copied French or German legal systems. Sharia law in imposed upon people and as we all know is completely barbaric.

We can but hope that this edict from the EU is rejected, that the British government quickly develops some backbone and tells the EU to get lost, alas I think I am living in a dream world because we all know that that is NOT going to happen.

Sharia law cannot be cherry picked, it is an all or nothing package so for the politicians to say only certain parts of Sharia will be used is a complete falsehood, because the remainder will surely follow just as night follows day.

The time is approaching, faster than I thought it would, when the British people will HAVE to take unilateral action and reclaim their country.

Controversial: An EU plan is calling for family courts across Europe to hear cases using the laws of whichever country the couple involved have close links to

Judges could be forced to bow to Sharia law in some divorce cases heard in Britain.

An EU plan calls for family courts across Europe to hear cases using the laws of whichever country the couple involved have close links to.

That could mean a court in England handling a case within the French legal framework, or even applying the laws of Saudi Arabia to a husband and wife living in Britain.

The Centre for Social Justice think tank today attacked the so-called Rome III reform as ludicrous.

It warned it would slow down cases, increase costs and lead to unjust results.
However, in a report it says existing arrangements are 'anti-family'.

Currently, a couple from different EU states can have their divorce heard in the first country where one of them files divorce papers.

Because different states offer varying financial advantages to spouses in terms of division of wealth, the resulting 'race to court' in the best jurisdiction discourages couples from trying to save their marriage, it says.

The report calls for a simpler solution, with each country applying its own laws and cases being heard in the country where the couple have the closest connection.

At least nine EU states - not including the UK - are said to want to push ahead with the Rome III plan.
