The Dizaei affair epitomizes much of what is wrong in the UK today, the root of this affair lies firmly at the feet of Sir William MacPherson who chaired the inquiry into the Stephen Lawrence murder

Arising out of this report every white policeman/woman was branded as "institutionally racist" which by default states that black or Ethnic minority policemen/women are not "institutionally racist"

6.27 The MPS Black Police Association's spokesmen, in their written submission to the Inquiry, para 3.2, said this:-

      ".... institutional racism .... permeates the Metropolitan Police Service. This issue above all others is central to the attitudes, values and beliefs, which lead officers to act, albeit unconsciously and for the most part unintentionally, and treat others differently solely because of their ethnicity or culture"

The premise that all white police officers are racist led to a system of positive affirmation of ethnic minority candidates for recruitment into the police forces countrywide.

Black/ethnic police officers were recruited at any cost, by all the Constabularies,  in order to show that they were addressing the low recruitment of black/ethnic people into the police force.

Positive affirmation was also used in promotion of black/ethnic minority officers, it was politically good to be seen as actively promoting people from this group of people even if they were capable of doing the job or not

The Met needed more senior black officers. Dizaei was accepted even though Deputy Assistant Commissioner Barbara Wilding described him after his interview as the most rude and arrogant man she had ever met.

Alas, Commissioner Sir Paul Condon was in no position to be choosy. Dizaei, with a PhD newly awarded for a thesis 'The Thin Black Line' on - yes - police racism, was in.

Once, when he was questioned by a senior white colleague, he replied: 'You can't tell me what to do.' 'But I'm your boss,' said the startled superior. 'I have only one boss and that is Allah,' snapped Dizaei, piously.

Enter Mr Dizaei, it was a good time to be in the force, if there was any criticism about how he did his job  the racist flag was unfurled and the authorities reeled back and immediately apologised, people like Dizaei were in effect "fireproof"

This proved to be a fertile ground for Mr Dizaei, he led the Black police association and was later involved with the formation of the Muslim Police association, both of these groups did not and still do not allow white police officers, they are overtly racist

For almost a decade, the figure of Commander Dr Ali Dizaei dominated and poisoned race relations within the Metropolitan Police.

His public face was that of human rights champion and defender of fellow ethnic-minority officers against prejudiced white colleagues.

Dizaei felt their pain. After all, wasn't he the most unfairly persecuted 'black' policeman of them all?

In fact, he was simply a self-serving crook; clever conman, bully, playboy, womanising misogynist, serial litigant and liar, who hijacked the issue of race and used it for his own ends. ( all the qualities of a good Muslim - Gandalf)

Under his presidency the National Black Police Association became a useful tool against those who dared cross him.

I have only one boss and that is Allah, now begins the Jihad of Mr Dizaei because that is what I believe he was carrying out, his actions have been destructive and divisive, he strove to destroy the oldest police force in the world, he attacked any white person in authority, encouraged other officers to press charges of racism

This man did not respect the uniform of the British police, why should he , he in my opinion clearly saw the Police as an oppressive force against him and his codified way of life as depicted in the Koran,  his Jihad was along the lines of the following:-

“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya, with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued”.  (Koran 9:29)

This mans jihad was to wreck what he could, take as much of the Jizya (in this case salary) as he could, and gain superiority over others any way he could.

I have ALWAYS said that Muslims MUST NOT be allowed into ANY position of authority over others, this case is a classic example of what happens when they do get into such positions of power.
