Countries in which English is the primary language are culturally, politically, and militarily different from the rest of "the West." They have never fallen prey to fascism or communism, nor were they (except for the Channel Islands) invaded.

not approve of him teaching religion to Muslim girls.

The police clearly knew that the attack was going to take place - so why did it?? did the police NOT tell Mr Smith about the danger he was clearly in.
The mindset of the Muslim is clear and this will not change - it cannot, to do so would deny the existence of Allah and the unbreakable rules of the Koran.
We are at the moment seeing turmoil in the North African Muslim countries, the media reports this a cry for democracy from a suppressed people, yes the words "freedom and democracy" are used a lot by the protesters but "our western" understanding of those words I think is totally different to the Islamic understanding.
Our understanding of those words is the antithesis of all Islams teachings, for Muslims to follow the western understanding and live by that understanding would make them all apostates - can you see that happening??
Islamic democracy is the freedom to be Islamic wherever they are and practice their cultural abhorrence's with impunity.
The above mentioned displays of Muslim disregard for any others and demonstrates their mindset quite clearly, watch the middle east closely I feel that we are seeing the birth of an "Islamic bloc" and all that goes with it, the developments in the Muslim world appear to be a resurgence of the Sunni / Shia desire to slaughter each other in the quest for dominance.
