Diane Abbott will not be charged for her racist rants, she, according to the police  was "not being racist", well you could knock me down with a feather, of course she will not be charged after all she is black and an MP to boot that makes her just about as untouchable as you can get.

Now if your name was John Terry and happened to be a footballer and white, and accused by ONE person of being racist you would be placed on the public roasting spit as soon as possible. Ms Abbott has generated 40 complaints against her and her uttering but no charges are to be brought.

COPS received more than 40 complaints about MP Diane Abbott's "racist" slur against white people — but she will NOT face charges.

The shadow junior health minister claimed whites "love playing divide and rule" in a Twitter message last week.

Met officers were urged to charge her with racial harassment - like England football captain and Chelsea defender John Terry has been for his alleged remarks to black QPR defender Anton Ferdinand.

Police in Ms Abbott's Hackney constituency spoke to Crown Prosecution Service lawyers — and decided her comment must be taken in context with other tweets.

A Met spokesman said last night: "We do not believe an offence has been committed."

Maverick Ms Abbott, 58, was last week reprimanded by Labour leader Ed Miliband as she was interviewed live on Sky.



Let us take the case of the football fan who is said to have brought a black footballer to tears because of alleged racist remarks, the police trawled through the CCTV of the whole match to find this one person and "bring him to justice, Ms Abbott will not have charges brought against her.

there is clearly one law for white people and one law for people of black or ethnic minorities in the UK and our police forces are more than willing to enforce this unwritten, inequitable and unconstitutional law. We now know where we stand, we are second class citizens who can, at the whim of any officialdom, no matter how petty, be anonymously accused of the crime of racism and the police, in a completely fascist manner will pursue the charge through to the very end.

The Lawrence affair rumbles on and the witch hunt continues. Michael Bunn has been grilled by the police over a dozen times since the murder 18 years ago, he is now fully expecting more visits from the Stasi police especially as the media has openly declared that the other "killers" must be brought to account, Mr Bunn has NEVER been charged with anything relating to the murder of S Lawrence, you can bet your bottom dollar that he will be, something will be manufactured.

According to the Sunday Times, when he was asked if he feared prosecution, he said: 'That has come into my mind... [but] I know they can't put DNA towards me, so that doesn't bother me.

'And I know if they did come up with anything like then I would know that it's a big stitch-up.'

The father-of-two added: 'I'm sorry to see what's happened to the boy [Lawrence], but at the end of the day I would rather see the right people go to prison than the wrong people.'
