this has happily been stopped but the secret courts are still very much on the menu, Ken Clarke, the "justice minister thinks it is quite OK to commit to the rubbish bin one of the main foundations of the Magna Carta and that is the right to face your accuser and be judged by your peers, Our Ken is not too keen on this.

All of this is of course " for our own good" for the "protection of the public" this of course is rubbish, if the government want to protect the public then they should take some very simple steps.

1)   Close the borders of the country, do not let in any more people from Islamic countries and Europe, it is the huge importation of people from the middle east that has brought the danger to the citizens of the UK, with their arrival Islam arrived.

2)   Expel from this country all people whoa are clear and present threats, France does this very quickly despite the so called court of Human rights in Strasbourg, France as you all know is part of the EU, France as you all know does not take a blind bit of notice of any EU law, therefore we can do the same.

This country , for some inexplicable reason wants to keep all of it's embedded Muslim maniacs, this possessive flaw gives rise to a multitude of crimes committed against the host population of the UK.

The prime responsibility of any government is the safety of the population, this is the covenant with which we allow the government to make decisions on our behalf, they the government are clearly in breach of this covenant.

I do not understand the twisted logic that the government is using, how can secret courts and invading the privacy of the private individual increase our safety, they will say it is to gather vital information about terrorism and to maintain security.

It in reality is about reducing our rights even more, controlling the population, in the final analysis the only reason that we have this situation is the influx of Islam into the UK and Europe, it is thanks to the crazed mentality of Muslims that we have had our rights and liberties already seriously reduced, the solution is  REMOVE ISLAM FROM EUROPE - and 90% of the problem is solved.
