Street Kids, what does he mean by that, does Mr Phillips suggest that because these young girls are "street kids" it is OK for criminals, Muslim Pakistani criminals, to commit horrendous crimes against them, does he infer that these "street kids" have less right to be free from paedophile aggression?
It is precisely that attitude - seeing these young girls as "street kids" and thus a lesser person than anyone else that makes it easier for the male followers of the predatory faith of Islam to target them for their own despicable motives.
Mr Phillips, in making this statement has placed upon these young girls a degree of guilt, he implies that what happened to them is partly their fault, this Mr Phillips is truly fatuous and extremely insulting. It should be noted that the coverage of Mr Phillips statement in other newspapers ie the Sun and the Telegraph do NOT print the "street kids" part.
Mr Phillips still uses the catch all phrase of "Asian" he does not acknowledge the fact that these men are Muslims and Pakistani, once again he places blame on a whole continent.
Mr Phillips went on to say:-

inquiry by the Children’s Commissioner to find out whether others in the
Asian communities of Rochdale knew about the abuse, but did not speak
out.
‘These are closed
communities and I worry that in those communities there are people who
knew what was going on and didn’t say anything either because they’re
frightened or because they’re so separated from the rest of the
communities that they think, “Oh that’s just how white people let their
children carry on; we don’t need to do anything”,’ he said.
What a statement!!, "that's how white people let their children carry on", what about the way these men "carried on " these men were married and had children, did their wives suspect nothing - I do not think so, they probably thought "well it's white girls - it means nothing". this is typical of the attitude of Muslims of both genders in the UK, Muslim girls know that Muslim men will target the white girls "to practice on" this does not appear to bother them in the slightest
Were these wives frightened - possibly, the Muslim male is not a nice person when it comes to treating women with respect
Mr Nazir Afzal the chief Crown prosecutor for the North West has offered to apologize to the girl whose complaint was basically ignored in 2008 - wow - that's big of him, in the previous post I stated that ALL Muslims must be removed from any inquiry or investigation into this on going pogrom, the question has to be asked - if it were an English person receiving the compaint would it have been ignored - maybe, but all traces of vested interest and religious or cultural influences must be removed, Muslims will protect Muslims.
All in all Mr Phillips has made some statements, these statements imply that the young girls were at fault and that the Muslim community is separated from the rest of society thus implying that is why they behave as they do.
The next step in this line of thought will be "it is the UK society that is at fault for not integrating with the Muslims and that it is the Muslim who is the real victim here - I can see it coming - can't you?

What does he mean? Does he mean that working class young girls are not deserving of protection from predatory Muslim paedophiles?- Who by the way, were, and probably still are, doing what the founder of Islam practised.
Of course, if the young girls were Black and the perps White, then the no matter how "Street" Black girls were, and there are plenty of them, he would never say such a thing. SO is Trevor Philips a racist?
However, what is clear is that Trevor Philips is just another of those "Black Street kids", promoted well above his level of intelligence and competance.
Since graduating from university, he has made no contribution to the wealth of Britain, but has parasited mightily from it, by being appointed to nice cushy jobs by friends in the Labour party -like Chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality - a quango whose main state funded job is to obliterate the natives of this country.
If he had any intelligence above the nominally notional, he would have realised that the working class of Britain has been brutally marginalised by Blair's Labour government. These young working class girls were more vulnerable as a consequence, and deserved even greater protection, as a further consequence.
But such thinking is beyond Blair's Blacks street kid.
In the meantime, I pray to the Lord Almighty to have mercy on the Working class of the UK, and specially to their young girls.

Trevor Philips, as chairman of EHRC, should know that the working class of Britain has been brutally marginalised by Blair's Labour government. More then any other community, the working class of Britain has suffered greviously, betrayed by the party that was supposed to protect them. Every asylum seeker, no matter how undeserving has been given priority over the indigenous working class of Britain.
These young working class girls were therefore far more vulnerable as a consequence, and deserved even greater protection, as a further consequence, from the EHRC for a start, and from the entire political establsihment.
But will the own up to the problem they created, and then willfully and deliberately ignored for decades? Will there even be a customary "Lessons learned" moment, or will it all be brushed under the carpet?
The EHRC, if it has any business at the moment, it must bend itself to help the most marginalised, put upon, and betrayed community in Britain - the indigenous working class.
