Ruling: Immigration Judge Jonathan Perkins, pictured, said Ali can stay in Britain

This after a 12 year old girl was raped by a Sudanese Asylum seeker Sani Adil Ali, is this "Judge" the most stupid man in the UK? of course it's the "Uman rites act" again

Article 3 of the Human Rights act states:-

The absolute prohibition on torture and ill-treatment also applies to prohibit the UK from deporting a person to another country when substantial grounds have been shown that he or she would face a real risk of being tortured or subjected to ill-treatment in that country.

A Sudanese man rapes a 12 year old girl, gets sent to prison, gets released and then claims that his human right is not to be deported back to the Sudan because he may come to some harm, there is no strong evidence that he may come to harm, he has not demonstrated any real risk to himself (according to the article)

The victims human rights were completely violated by this man, this however I suspect is of little consequence to the rapist, and even less to the imbecilic judge that has allowed him to stay in this country.

Just how moronic can you get, let us be clear this type of judgement is not new to this judge, he is a serial idiot and should be removed from the Bench, would he make the same judgement if it had been his daughter who was raped – the case of this judge he probably would have done, he truly is an almighty idiot

As for the rapist if he had committed this rape in Sudan he would have been executed, I would argue that he knew he would not be executed in the UK and if he played his cards right would get to stay here and live off the benefits he would be given
